This whole "I love the new management" stuff sounds pretty fishy. People are moving out constantly, most of the newer tenants are usually pretty loud and scummy, the hallways haven't been vacuumed in months, there's dog poop everywhere, and the laundry room is so dirty and out of service so many times that it is embarrassing (and the new machines were only put in a few weeks ago). When the two new apartment buildings open up in this town in a year or so, Executive House will probably be sold again like it was a few months ago. Do yourself a favor and find someplace better for your money--this place is a major disappointment.
