On behalf of my mother, I'd like to express our gratitude towards the Executive House management and their tireless efforts to make living there a pleasant experience. Recently, my mom made the decision that she needed to downsize from the apartment she was currently residing in. And while she realized that doing so might mean relocating to another apartment community, her decision to stay at Executive House was made easy with the help of manager Sheila Howard. Sheila listened to my mom's concerns, took stock of her needs and in the end helped my mom find a different apartment within the community which met her expectations both spacewise and financially. My sister and I are very grateful for making my mom's living experience at Executive House an enjoyable one and providing her (and us) with peace of mind. Whether it's taking care of maintenance requests or organizing activities for the residents, management continually strives to ensure that the resident satisfaction remains of upmost priority.
