My family and I are counting down the days until we move out. Since the new management company has taken over it s been all down hill. Not that the previous company was much better! There has been the same spider wed in the stair well since last summer. The entire building smells of cigarettes, curry, pet urine, and moth balls. We cannot even open our patio door or windows without the smell of curry permeating our apartment within minutes. There are at least three abandoned cars in our lot alone. There are cars parked in fire zones and illegally every night. We have talked to other residents and found out that there have been thefts from storage lockers. Our new laundry room is a joke. The washers and dryers are always down. In fact three weekends ago there were only four washers and five dryers working for all 100 apartments! We still have open work orders from before the last company left. Our garbage disposal works occasionally. We have a 1-3 inch gap in our floor that whistles when it s windy out. Mold in our bedroom from roof leaks and shoddy windows. When we ask about these issues being fixed, we get an eye roll from Sheila and told that it will be taken care of when she has time. Our neighbors are constantly having loud parties. It keeps our children up. We went to them directly and they slam the door on us. We have gone to Sheila and are ignored every time. We have to keep going to the police. There is trash and dog waste everywhere!!!!! Our lots and sidewalks were rarely taken care of during inclement weather. And several secured doors are broken. One hard pull and you can walk right it. The community room has become a living room to the same over sized family. There are people there sleeping there overnight. It is not a personal living quarters it s for the entire community. The fitness center is dirty, smells, and falling apart.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! IF YOU LIVE HERE MOVE OUT AS SOON AS YOU CAN! RUN! RUN! RUN!

i just moved out of the b building and am sooo happy to be rid of sheila! she actually asked me to clean up dog waste on the grass in front of our apt before we leave because its in front of our apt. we said no its not our job to clean up others dog waste JUST because its in front of our apt, thats ernestos job! do you know what she said??? she said well i hope there isnt a flood or anything because your leaving soon it wont be my problem i wont have to deal with you!!! how rude right??? OH and then preceded to take money from our security deposit for others dog waste on the grass in front of our apt! shes rude, fat and lazy! she also lost paperwork from our original lease with dennis! my dogs waste could do a better job!
