My mother has lived here for 3 years. Recently she decided that she would like to relocate to a smaller, more manageable apartment. WE were very impressed with the attentiveness and the genuine concern exhibited by Sheila Howard. She listened to my mother's needs and then helped her find the exact unit that she was searching for. It is gratifying to see management that genuinely cares about the needs and requirements of it's tenants. This level of professionalism seems to extend to the entire staff. We have heard many stories about Ernie, from maintenance, and how he has not only been very responsive, but has also consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that she was perfectly happy with everything. they screw up tenants like anything. Sheila is a cheater and very good at bait and switch of words. never trust this lady.
