I had the opportunity to sit down with Sheila and discuss several problems I had concerns about, many of which were being resolved as we spoke. She is genuinely concerned with making Executive House a better place for all to live in.
We all have to remember that she cannot by law discriminate against any perspective tenant--that we all have rights and privileges just by living in this country. One thing she can do and will do is respond by the rules when they are being broken by residents. She will follow through on written complaints, because a written document is what she needs to do so. If we have problems, we need to write them down and present them to her so she may act upon them. Otherwise, there is just alot of frustration on everyone's part.
I also want to say that I see Ernesto here all hours responding to problems and calls - and he is always courteous and does his best to help everyone.
This is a pet friendly complex, so let's all try our best to keep our pets under control, but understand that dogs bark. At least they aren't biting people like happened to a friend across the street.
I don't have bugs, I don't have waterbreaks, I don't have my car broken into, and I am not afraid to be in the stairwells like acquaintances I have who live in surrounding complexes.
Thank you to Sheila for striving to make this a better place for us all.
