My husband and I lived at executive house for two years. The first year was great! We had an accomadating and friendly landlord. The second year was miserable. The apartment complex was sold withut warning to the occupants, and all of a sudden we were given a new landlord...needless to say it wasn't a happy experience and we were all too happy to vacate as soon as possible. Here are some things you could look forward too: smelly hallways, dog poop on every inch of lawn, rent to high for the quality, dirty laundry rooms where people left laundry for hours leaving others to wait, EXPENSIVE laundry facilities, and an all around poor living standard. To top it all off: when my husband and I decided to leave we cleaned the entire apartment almost as though it had never been lived in. When we received our "security deposit" back we were down about $500 for miscellaneous expenses that include a stained carpet (the dishwasher exploded our first week in the place) and a broken window shade (had fallen on our heads during sleep). Take the word of an honest couple...if you are looking for a decent place to live then RUN AWAY from Executive house and the horrible, rude, nasty landlady who is not at all accomodating.

You are correct on the nasty smells in the halls and they do linger into the apartment because of the large gaps all around the door. The walls are thin too and you can hear everything and I mean everything. It does seem that no one comes to clean the complex.The only thing I don't agree with is I think that management and maintenance are good people and probably not totally responsible for the way the complex is. They've only been there a year.

i agree with everything she said- i lost money out of my security deposit due to dog poop in front of our house that wasnt even from my dog and then they never cleaned it up we did and they still docked up- in one year they really muffed everything up- its such a shame- i hope everyone runs far far away...

I think you are wrong, the office staff is trying to catch there breath with all the work they have to do! I work in a office 9-5 and I know how diffcult it is and then haveing to deal with rude stuck up people who live in a fanatsy world doesn't help. I have been a resident there now going on two years and I have had no problems. Be patient and curtious and they will be back to you.
