Way overpriced for all the problems I had during my 3 years. These apartments are really starting to show their age. Maintenance was usually quick to show up, but always went for the "quick fix". This resulted in multiple breakdowns from my heater and garbage disposal.



Parking was horrendous at the garden apartments... there are constantly cars parked along the curbs. This results in no space to back out, and my car has been backed into several times. They now allow dogs which is fine, but they NEVER enforce the policy of picking up after your pet. Needless to say the grass areas around my building are disgusting.



Management is way too intrusive, and quite rude about it. I was also treated very badly when I let them know I was buying a house. The only reason I stayed there so long was because I didn?t know how any better at the time!
