way over priced for what this place offers. There is no washer/dryer in the units, no fitness center, and the apartments are very old. There are memo's shoved in your door almost every week and the staff enters your apartment too often with one of there MANY checks. Maintenace is fast and efficient and is really the only thing this place has going for it. They advertise new windows, but the only new windows are in the one section of the complex. Everyone else has very old and very poorly insulated windows. You might as well stand outside! You would be much better off living somewhere newer for the amount of money you would spend to live here with so few amenities.
