if you can afford it, and it is admittedly slightly pricey (although really only like $50 more than most of what i was finding in the area) i would totally do it. it's on lots of land, its pet friendly, gorgeous area to walk around and really get into nature but located so close to a well-populated area with lots of attractions.

i've been just waiting since i moved in for things to go wrong and i've really just had better and better experiences. the staff is courteous and really helpful. maintenance is super responsive. the apartments are very roomy. i can't hear any of my neighbors except when they're in the hallway of the building. everyone has been very friendly neighbor-wise and very tolerant of pets. there aren't a lot of pets around, but still pet-friendly people. heat and a/c are like a dream. the balconies are a really roomy size and very private. the storage within the apartments is like unbelievably extensive.

overall, it might be a little pricey--but you're totally getting your money's worth in my opinion.
