We've lived in a few different apartment complexes, in a few different cities, and this one has been one of the best. The management staff is curtious and will work with you to solve issues. The manager has been more than gracious. The maintenance supervisor has been quite helpful. The unit is older, but the area is quiet, we live in the back of the complex, and the sidewalks and parking lot are salted/plowed regularly. There is a pool and small playground on site. There is a fitness center, but we have not seen it. Police and fire are down the road. We are close to Montgomery Mall, and not too far from King of Prussia. Overall, the complex is recommended.
