We lived there for 2 years and finally found a home.
Playground area/Safety: The play ground slide was broken for 18 months that we lived there. There was a wooden ramp to the slide but a board broke on that so it was removed never replaced and the elevated area was 4 feet off the ground making hazardous for any small children.
Also the parking was across the street (around the appartments) from most of the apartments UPS and Fed Ex race through the area (10 mph speed zones) while training for the Delivery Truck racing nationals. So were a bright coat so they can see you.
Noise: We had to get the police called on a neighbor one night because of the constant fighting in the house. Physical fighting dropping of things at 3 am.
Grounds: Green tick and ant infested grounds. They only strayed the area around building for bugs.
Construction /Maintenance: The maintenance crew was nice, they came often to fix the sinks and the dishwasher. We had been told for a 1 year lease we'd get new appliances but when we moved in there was Caloritic appliances (sears generic brand in the sixties. honest I looked them up!.)
After I left they billed us carpet after they admitted they replace the carpet in every apartment after a move out. In other words they did not need to replace the whole carpet but they did anyways.
However, because Morgan Properties owns 7 of the 9 apartments in area you're going to get the same thing in anyone of these apartments in the area.
