Disappointed From: perturbed Date posted: 4/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   How old is this place''' Why is everything falling apart or not operating properly' These rents are how high' Why are my neighbors loud rude party animals' I thought I was moving into a nice townhome but boy have I been disappointed. I can only be thankful I work more than I am home. I should have paid a little more and chosen the competition. Not having such high utility bills would have made it a wash anyway.
