Dont make the mistake of just seeing the sample and renting, ask to see the actual apartment you'll be living in and you'll be shocked. The hallways are filthy, the carpets are dirty, the concrete and blacktop are in need of repair. If you like living with plastic on your windows you'll really enjoy the sliding glass doors, if you can call them that. Came from Hatfield Village (which was decent) thinking for the rental amount I was taking a step up, only to find myself in the gutter. My suggestion is to judge for yourself but keep your eyes open.
