I moved here to be with my fiance. This place operates like a dorm, with loud rude neighbors that like to just randomly walk into your apartment without knocking. There are also frequent arguments from other tenants that often end in the police arriving. I have found cockroaches as well. The maintenence office also seems to have an attitude if you call afterhours for an emergency, although the people at the main office are pleasant enough. Not worth the price for all the hassle.
