My family and I have lived here for 10 years. When we first moved in it was lovely. The management, maintenance, and tenants were all very nice. We did not have any complains other than the filthy carpet they did not replace and the illegal Mexican immigrant ring. Well, years went by and new managers and tenants came in. Each year and new manager (especially the currrent manager) it gets more and more horrible and more and more expensive! We have had upstairs neighbors who were literally drug traffickers and criminals who had warrants out for their arrest. Granted, there are few (and I mean few) nice and caring people left. If you do not mind the high prices for a horrible living experience come here! You get all the luxuries of a filthy hallway, broken up stairways, broken up thoroughfares with ponds on them from poor drainage, ice during the winter, you are FREEZING with a $200 or more heating bill with a choice between having a hot shower or heating your apartment (you cannot do both at once), thin walls and ceilings so you know what is going on with you neighbors everyday lives (without them talking loudly), broken EVERYTHING, and well... I think you got it. STAY AWAY! This is literally a hell-hole. We have finally had it! We are desperately seeking a new place of residence.

I just moved out and couldn't disagree more. They just put in new windows and patio doors that are really nice. I lived here for 3 yrs. and had hardly any problems. The office people have been friendly to me. I could walk to the Acme and the train. I would tell people to check this place out!
