Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
I've been here 5 years. For a while, it got really bad. Management didn't care about anything. Since the new manager came about a year ago, things have gotten much better. There are still problems with maintenance being overworked and understaffed but the only places I know of that don't have that problem are WAY above my income level. If you want perfection, don't come here. If you want a place that has nice office people, good neighbors and walking distance to Acme, this is the place for you.
