As far as apts go these are nice in size ( we have 2 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath ). The bedrooms are nice sized, same for the living room (we actually used a 4 panal screen to sub-divide the room). The kitchen is a tad SMALL, and the lack of closets is horrible. The balconies are so-so (really need a few more sq.feet). The price of the washers ( $1.75 per) and dryer ($1.50 per) is really horrible !!! We have a third floor apt and it is a real drag trying to get the groceries all in on one trip. They charge $25 more a month for first floor apts, but it's woth it ( the extra room off the patio on the grass and a direct door from outside is nice). Maintainence has been ok, quick to replace an appliance that died. They have been doing all sorts of up-grades and repairs to the buildings and grounds (new main doors, new sidewalks). I kinda wish each apt had one assigned parking space, but over all parking is ok. The rent is ok, the electric is high ( $180 a month for the two hottest months of the summer). Gas is PECO gas, so it's bound to be high. Over all, not a bad place for the money.
