Not a great pleace

I moved out a little while ago, only because I was lucky enought to buy a house.
The office staff is never in the office and never returns yours calls untill you leave a nasty message.
The maint.
staff is one guy who can hardly speak english, they make stupid ruls about chewing gum and spices, but cant fix the elavator (6 floors) or rails on the stairs.
My husband and baby used to get woken up in the early morning (3am) cause the fire alarm was going off for no reason.
The front "guest" area looked like a funeral home!!
I am so gald I do not live here anymore!!
