I have lived at the Stanbridge for just under two years and I am leaving this month for job related reasons.

I have enjoyed my time here and would stay on but for the job change.

The apartment conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and buses, restaurants, doctors, dentists, gas station, auto repair places, etc.

I had one maintenance problem, a dripping faucet, and the maintenance person fixed it within a couple of hours of being notified.

The halls were redecorated a few months ago and are attractive.

The laundry facilities are adequate.

Parking is good.

The building and the grounds are kept clean and orderly.

The manager is extraordinaryly helpful with the personal needs of the tenants, particularly the elderly and parents with kids.

She is one reason why so many tenants enjoy this apartment.
