I've lived here for about 4 years now. Everyone can find a thing or two wrong with any place in which they live, but I'm just going to focus on the positive. First of all, the central location of the Crossings at Stanbridge is very convenient for many things: shopping, banking, train station, parks, jobs, gas stations, etc. Most of what you need is within walking distance. The off street parking is great; you don't have to worry about your mirror being torn off and I've never not had a parking spot. The place is virtually fireproof and within walking distance of the nearest fire station. Being constructed from brick and blocks, it's almost soundproof from other apartments. I haven't had any problems with noisy neighbors; I've only heard minimal noise from adjoining apartments. The central air is a nice luxury. The new renovations are making the place look more upscale, particularly the new lighting inside and out, the trim work and painting in the hallways, the new carpet on the 1st and 6th floors, and the new fitness center. The staff is very friendly and personable. If you have a genuine maintenance need, they seem very competent to take care of the issue promptly. Overall, I am happy with my experience living at the Stanbridge.

Actually, I had my car scraped while I was parked in the Stanbridge parking lot (no note was left, so I had to cover the damages myself), and if you ever got home after 10 or 11 pm, parking did become a problem.
