The apartments are CHEAPLY built. We only have 1 usable bathroom and have made at least 6 calls to get the 2nd bathroom fixed. The maintenance "supervisor" is a jerk and does NOT return the calls. NOW the apartment is closed (office) on Tuesdays and Weds which tells me they are having financial problems. We are paying $1600 a month for this dump. Today the wind has blown the siding compltely off the side of one of the apartments and they are "patching it up". DON'T ever take a downstairs apartments. There is no soundproofing and you can hear your neighbors, shower, talk, walk, etc. It is Extremely POORLY BUILT and Management is TERRIBLE.
