This is simply the best renting experience I've ever had. The management is totally professional and maintenance is seamless. The buildings look unassuming on the outside, but inside you'll find huge rooms that feel more like a house than an apt. Pets large and small are allowed, and the neighbors are always responsible with them. Good soundproofing, you don't hear your neighbors' plumbing and TV. The grounds are wooded, and a small stream runs through. I love living here so much!! Don't be fooled by the apartments across the street (Brookside). They may look flashier on the outside, but are nowhere near as nice on the inside and aren't the GEM this complex is.
