Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Everyone knows you can't give anyplace 5's all around. That's a sure sign that the complex is placing their own reviews. Plus, one of them is from Westover Companies, which own the place.

The parking problem is serious and the management doesn't care. That's why they put their own reviews here.
