Poor management response to problems, dirty

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
Requests to the management office requesting the cleaning schedule for the hallways and laundry area have not been answered for five months. Response to repairs such as gas oven, garbage disposal malfunctions are not resolved timely (more than two weeks before a response in given). The outside access door has not been functioning for over one week, still broken (8/2/05) and mail has not been delivered for 4 business days. I would not recommend living here for the money.
