My husband and I moved here about 6 years ago. Every year at lease renewal time, we review our options...we look around the area for a better deal or a nicer place to live. So far we have returned home from our little expedition and immediately sign the new lease renewal. The rent is reasonable. In fact, this year the office sent out letters to everyone stating that the rents would only increase by $10 per month. This was because of the economic conditions in the country. That savings was greatly appreciated. The apartment is beautiful. The grounds make this one of the nicest complexes in this whole area. We highly recommend Valley Stream to our friends and fellow apartment hunters.
