We've been in this apt for less than 4 months and have had a lot of maintenance requests. Most of them have been promptly taken care of. There are tonnes and tonnes of thousand leggers (centipedes) and they come in almost every room of the apt. Maintenance is not keen in taking care of this issue and we are simply waiting for our lease to end so that we can move into a better apartment.
