Please avoid this community it is actually a real live housing project. Willo Arms is comparable to Garden Valley housing projects. They even have a gang that claims Willo and you may come face to face with them if you move here. It is very loud and congested at night, especially when it is warm out. Please , look elsewhere because anyone else who tells you this is not a housing project is lying to you!!
