I read some of the other reviews and am surprised at the level of discontent. I'm not sure what people expect, but this place is very nice. We are happy with our apartment. There is a nice, community feel to Willowyck. There are a lot of dogs, but 95% of people are very respectful and clean up after their dog. The fitness center is clean, as is the pool. Very spacious living room and a cool spanish-syle porch. It's pricier than most, but it's also a lot nicer than most.

I agree, I read all the reviews before I move here and thankfully was able to take them for what they are, I LOVE it here. My apartment is HUGE and the stsainless steel fridge, and stove are so classy. My family can't believe I live in such a nice place!

I guess it depends on one's expectations. If you are used to living in poor conditions, this would absolutly be an upgrade. If you are used to high level of service, nice amemities, newer appliances (or clean) than I would not recommend Willowyck. We have moved and I would be happy to share the many properties we toured in the area that are far better value and management.
