I moved into my apartment on Sept 29,07 and signed a 1 year lease. From the very beginning I had problems, my bathtub drain was filling up with water. I had mainteance come out and *fix the problem* which they didnt. I'm now on my 3 time calling and complaining about the tub. Its disgusting that the water fills up when your showering. I also called about the dishwasher, it doesnt clean the dishes.. and it smells in there when you open it up.

To top it all off... I have a mouse in my apartment, which they cant seem to find'' I've called several times about it, and they came in to put a sticky trap down. It still is running around somewhere in my kitchen. Everytime I call about problems, they act like its no big deal.. or say We will take care of it.
I've been in my apartment now 3 months and I hate it!

Indeed, indeed, you are not alone, although, I just managed to escape this horrendious waste of land and can't be happier. My lease isn't over yet, but I'd rather pay two rents of a little while than say in this place a day longer. I can not believe that a reputable company like DePaul, which ownes the Dockside in Philadelphia, one of the nicest places in the city, allows any of their properties to be managed and maintained by such incompetent and rude personnel.

Indeed i think that you need a life, if you are writing on an internet site and saying that the water in your tub does not drain and you HATE LIVING HERE...try a reality check...what would you like for them to sit in your apartment and wait for the mouse to come out and catch it.????
