Bring your 20 foot Ladder! No on site maintenance staff, you are required to change your ceiling light bulbs when they burn out. Wouldn't be so much of a problem if the ceilings weren't 20 ft. high. The same dog feces has remaind outside of the entrance door for more than 4 months.

HIGH GAS BILLS COLD APARTMENTS I am sorry to say that my stay here at Broadmore has been most unpleasant.
My gas bills are so high. More that what my parents pay in their 4 bedroom home.
Apartments are drafty and maintenance do not fix problems.
