Deceiving They lure you in with low move-in costs and reasonable rent and after a year they slam you with a rent increase of $170.00, and then decide to charge you $10.00 a month for a small storage unit. Your unable to monitor your electric, water and sewage. I wouldn't Recommend this

1) Poor Insulation and you can literally hear everything next door(also yeah..expect the winter bills to run over 250 for a 2 bedroom and you will still feel the chill).
2) Overpriced.

Quiet community I had a great experience living at Forge Gate Community! Enjoyed a quiet and friendly community of people and the office staff was very helpful. The buildings are older but built well. I always had a place to park right in front of my home. The maintenance was quick and efficient.

Two Year Rental I have been living here for about two years. They put down new carpets for each building, replaced some of the deck doors that needed replacements and put in new doors for each apartment building. Maintenance, usually comes right away to fix
