I lived in Gladstone Towers from 2003 to 2004 and it was wonderful. Large floorplan, nice vanity area in the bathroom, spacious closets, washer and dryer in every apt, trash chute on every floor and all utilities included. The building is very quiet (mostly senior citizens) and the train is at the back door to get into the city. The kitchen could use some updating but it was nice overall. Parking can be a pain sometimes but carports are available for rent. The only reason I moved is to save money (1 bedrooms start at $900 ).
