I've lived here for the past two months and have to agree with all the other reviews so far. There is plenty of space in the apartments; I especially liked how each came with a washer/dryer. Also, rent includes all basic utilities - you just pay for internet, cable TV, etc. if you want it. The staff is great - always professional and helpful. If you're looking for a 2-bedroom apartment, be aware that there are only a few of those and typically there's a waiting list for them.

Overall, I came to Gladstone because of the high marks it earned here on apartment ratings and I can confirm that this is a great place to live.

I have beeb at Gladstone Towers for almost 10 years, and it is the finest place I have ever lived. The maintenance is superb. Call in the morning and by the time I am home from work, the problem is resolved. I have never not found a parking space; the office staff is delightful, the grounds are well kept, and I could not recommend it highly enough
