I have lived in this complex for a little over 3 years. It is definitely convenient to all major highways and transportation. But the landlord does not keep up with the maintenance of the building, yet he expects his rent on time! There is always an issue left un-handled unless you are very persistent. The newer tenants are not like it used to be. They are not considerate to others and nothing is ever done efficiently!
