I have been living at Patricia Court for several years now. I have now seen the place change hands three times, and each time the management is worse than last. The current management is terrible - it takes forever for even basic maintenance, and some things have never been repaired despite numerous requests. The hot water goes out frequently and the management still hasn't replaced the ancient boiler. Management claims that they can't get replacement parts for the windows. Many apartments come with garage space, but if you don't have garage space parking is hit or miss since the lot is small. The laundry room floods every time there is a heavy rain.
