I have been here for about 4 years now and I have to say that overall my experience has been "good". The only problems I have had in 4 years is with people breaking the lock on the Front security door downstairs, but that was immediately addressed and fixed by management. Secondly someone was tampering with my mailbox however, I believe that It was someone who knew me and that didn't live in the building. Lastly, I have had neighbors who were not considerate of others when it came to keeping down the noise level. However, management addressed the issue directly with them everytime by reminding them of the no noise tolerance policy. Also the neighbors in question have now moved out. So I am happy.

Overall in reading the reviews all over this website about other apartment buildings in this area, this is a nice, solid place to live. One thing I can say is that the Building Manager is a very nice guy he will do every and anything in his power to help you and to make you feel comfortable. If you call about something that needs fixing. It will be taken care of immediately. They have improved the place cosmetically and fixed up alot and it is kept clean. They have a cleaning service that comes in once a week to clean. For what I pay my apartment is very spacious. The only reason I am considering moving now is because I am ready to take advantage of the low interest rates and the tax credit and purchase my own home.
