Patricia Court 33% Recommended Oct 20 2007: I have known people that lived here who had very bad credit. I guess when they change hands with management, they get more picky. At the time my credit was a 750 and my fiance's credit was not as good. Stratford Court Apartments 67% Recommended Oct 16 2007: I have lived here for almost 3 years now (2004-2007) and while I agree that it is an ok apartment to live in temporarily, over the past few years things have changed dramatically. The building that I am in is Patricia Court 33% Recommended Apr 18 2007: I have been living at Patricia Court for several years now. I have now seen the place change hands three times, and each time the management is worse than last. The current management is terrible - it takes forever for Nyack Plaza 50% Recommended Mar 16 2007: I have lived in this complex for a little over 3 years. It is definitely convenient to all major highways and transportation. But the landlord does not keep up with the maintenance of the building, yet he expects his rent Gladstone Towers 100% Recommended Mar 04 2007: I've only lived here a few months but so far the complex is pretty good.
