I Think It's A Great Place To Live - I lived in quite a few places before I came here and I find this a very nice place to live. this place sucks want to have someone walk through your apartment every couple of months want to get in trouble if your ceiling fan or window sills have dust want to get the shittiest carpet you can find and get in trouble if it gets dirty if so, this is the place to live

Beautiful Townhouses I moved here over a year ago and i am very impresed. The shape of the apartments is amazing, Everything is new; (I even have Dishwasher, microvale and loundry in the basement). I love the fact that my kids go to the best school in area.

Loved the townhome not the management We loved living in our townhome! You can hear the occasional person going up and down the stairs in the home next door but nothing major that made us mad. The management is somewhat unreliable, they have lost our paperwork more than once and the maintenance

New owners improved Spruce Park, Now it's A I moved into Spruce Park in January of 08. The new owners are great and have completely changed this community. Now we have new landscape and even a beautiful fishing pond. Also my apartment has new windows and flooring. They have kicked out a lot
