Management does not pay or support office personnel so turn over is frequent - every 6 months or less - a result of which issues have to be addressed over and over and over. Recently started letting dogs in - however, 2 unsocialzed agressive dogs in one apartment have attacked other dogs and tenants - the long term tenants upon reporting problems to management were advised to move - the new dog owner had "rights".
