I had a horrible experience in here. The employees in management office are a big liers and they will promise you everything before signing a lease but won't entertain once you are in.
- In my case they said the appartment is ready and you can move in. But once I moved in they locked my balcony door next day and told me that the balcony is not safe to use as the wood is broken. And they fixed the balcony after 4 months.
- Before signing the lease management office told me that my friend (who referred me to this appartment unfortunately) would get a referral bonus in some days. But even after 7 months my friend has not received anything.
- Also maintenance team is not at all efficient, they will fix one thing only in 3rd try.
- Very noisy - 581 is right above the appartments, they are claiming that the sound proof wall helps but it doesn't make any difference.
- Also there is no safety, there were a few incidents of thefts from storage room. In another instance some one drunk knocked the door at night 2.00 AM, they had to call police and drag him out.
