Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The apartments and townhouses are older and so are the appliances. It costs a fortune to heat and cool leaving me to believe there is no insulation. There is noise off of 581 all day and night. There is ample closet space and the bedrooms are decent size. The parking is fine. The drains are slow, even after being treated. The layout does not make sense and the kitchen is small.
