My husband and I have been here for 10 months. It had a warm homy feeling since the day we moved in. The walls are an off white color so it's not plain white. They allow things to be hung on the wall just not on the ceiling because that's when the A/C is. Our first year rent is $714 for a one bedroom; that seems high but other than that we only pay electric which averages about $75 throughout the year. We just signed for next year and I think that is $724 so rent only went up $10 which is unheard of in the economy. The number one thing to remember is the location. We can get into Harrisburg not rush hour time in 5 min. but we don't have to deal with the city. At first we were worried about road noise on 581 but with the windows closed we never hear it and with windows open it's faint. We do hear the train going through Lemoyne but it never wakes us up. Any time something breaks we call and it is fixed with in 24 hours. The ladies in the front office are very nice and easy to talk to. Our favorite part is it's hidden away from the city but not in the middle of nowhere. I hope this helps you out.

Actually I live in 1102 and dont work for Highland Park or Westgate. Reviews aren't only for negative people. Most people don't take the time to write about something unless it's a complaint.
