Great Community! Chelsea Village has come a long way since Morgan Properties has taken over. The upgrades are beautiful, the grounds are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Chelsea Village to all of my family and friends.

pet fee too high $250 25 a month terrible ok i read about the constant letters being taped to our doors well we just got another one today. this time is about how everyone owning a pet must pay $250 renters insurance plus the additional 25 dollars a month and if you dont pay it you are evicted
