I've lived here for 5 years now and am happy. Any issues I've brought to the Kat are taken care of in a timely manner. Kat is always pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. Ozzy always says hi when you pass by him and waves when I see him sitting in front of his apartment. They recently reworked all the porches and put up a new fence around the pool which makes the complex look brighter and cleaner. My issues would be more with some of the other residents who litter or don't control their kids, but that is outside of what Kat and Bob can fully control. Beyond that, I have never really had any real problems with the staff. I moved in a day before my lease was to start and they didn't charge me for the one day (that was before Kat started, forget her name, but she was also very helpful and tried to make sure I was comfortable having just moved out from the Midwest).
