I lived in Chesterfield for a year and only moved when the lease was up to attempt to save money. It was incredibly quiet, clean and well maintained. The apartment itself was beautiful. The pool was clean. The complex was safe. Parking was a tough to find late in the evening around the O building, but it was safe to walk in the parking lot at any time of the day or night. If there was a problem, maintenance came right away, but there were no complaints. I could not hear the neighbors, the floors were sturdy, and the walls solid. The neighbors were all very nice and never bothered anyone. There was a problem with a few kids littering once, but they didn't do it again. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
