Orangewood Park Apartments

Some Problems... From: justusgirls2511 Date posted: 7/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived here for almost a year now and i have looked at several different apts and so far this one is the nicest one i have seen. it is a little pricey but they apt is nice and big and has a nice layout and we love the sliding glass doors and they fact that we can go outside. However, there are some problems. When we first moved in, we had problem with our air. got it fixed no problem. then when it started getting cold we had a problem with our heat. it was fixed a couple of times then finally worked. then next summer air had to be fixed again. not really a big deal but a hassel. so next our water heater had broke spilling water all over our carpet and even through the wall into our dining room. so they came in and sucked up the water and such well the new guy (kid, i think he is 16 or so ) brought in the vacuum and pulled it up the muddy little hillm ( it was raining) and right into my apt! mud was all over my carpet, they said o its just dirt it will come up, (not the point) so now the one guy quit for another job and they fired the sup. (the best one we had here( so now we have this kid and one other guy which is ok but dont become friends with him cause then he wont come out when called becasue he knows its us and also forget to live here if you are under 35 i am 24 and pay my rent on time every month but i dont feel as if i am takin seriously and recently we have been having some crime taking place 3 cars (including out truck) was set fire then a couple cars had things stolen out of them. after calling the office to tell them that our air comp. got stolen, we were told o you shouldnt of had it in ur truck...are they serious'!' if the managers worried and cared about their residents as much as they do about the landscaping and keeping the place clean, we would be all right.
