i was a former renter to the VOP for 3 years and i didnt feel like my safety was in question but there were SO many dogs, the laundry room was closed off for a flea infestation for a whole week. also, there was vandalism to the community gym. each year, the rent went up conciterably. they got a new water company in the middle of our stay, and the bill was divided between the whole unit, so your bill never refected your water useage. i moved because the rent became too much.

I think the new tenants, due to market conditions, generally pay significantly less than existing tenants that renew, for same floor plan. I would love to know the facts and seek some fairer prices! (Michelle??)

My daughter moved due to the poor maintenance, her apt flooded she had mold growing everywhere and she had to pay the week electric to have them try and dry out the carpet. She gave over 45 days notice as requested by management then they put on her credit she was evicted (no papers were ever served because she moved before and has written proof so now we are in process of getting attorney to sue them for whatever we can!! They lied in July 2006 they said heat, hot water included then 3 months later starting charging tenants for both form their rent invoice and from PECO. I filed complaint with attorney general office, bucks county tenant office and dispute wiht the three credit agencies as we HAVE copies Of all including the apartment and internet information stating up to December 2006 that "heat and hot water was included".
