I'm on a really tight budget and have a cat, so finding a decent place that I can afford is a challenge. I'm still waiting for approval on my application, but I would love to live here. When I first saw the unit, it was mid-renovation at still looked better than the place I live now. They put in all new flooring, change door knobs, put in new light fixtures, repaint and redo the counter tops in between tenants. While a few things in the building and units themselves are a little 70s, everything is in great condition. The only real downfall I found was that the cabinets in the kitchen were really beat up, and, while all of the other appliances were brand new, the dishwasher looked about 10 years old. Some of the really nice parts about this community are the pool and on site staff. The maintenance men and the office staff live in the complex, and some one is always on call if something breaks. Also, you're living in side the actual park, and crime rate is virtually nonexistent.
