I have been a resident here for several years and have gone through two managers and several maintenance personnel. The current manager, Charlene Bernardi is byfar the best manager Park Place has ever had. She cares about the residents and takes pride in the safety of our property. The office just hired a new girl to replace Delaine as the Rental Agent. I'll miss Delaine's smile and professionalism and hope that I will be as comfortable with the new girl. Carlos is the best maintenance person ever and does a great job on the property. The new company is making improvements to the property itself, but is lacking improvement in current residents apartments. I rented here to have a pool. The pool will not be opening this year do to problems. Overall, I am very happy here and will continue to stay. I feel like I went to Cheers (like the show) the staff knows everyone's name!
