If you are looking for an apartment, Park Place is for you! I have been a resident for 14 years, and plan on being here for many more. The rent is reasonable, the location is perfect & the sunsets from my window are the best! The management and maintenance team are reliable and friendly, always there when you need them. Like others have said, I have gone through 3 Managers and I am finally satisfied with the current manager Charlene. She's tough, but I like that she takes control of this place. Carlos (maintenance) has been here for years and I always get things repaired within 24 hours. They hired Kathy in the office to replace Delaine, and she is great too. There is alot of work being done on the property, and I can't wait to see the finishing touches! Once you've visited Park Place, why go anywhere else'
