I just moved out on September 30 to buy a house in Gilbertsville.
I don't know what the previous review was talking about... I just followed the guidlines in the letter the leasing office sent me as far as cleaning. They tell you point blank to clean everything. So I did, and the manager told me at my walk through that she would not deduct anything!!!! She did say that someone else had to look at the painting but when I called two days later she said they were only deducting $15.00 because I had a few nail holes that were not filled. I agreed with her that this was my responsibility and understood.
My husband and I loved living at Fox Ridge. It was our first home together and we stayed for 3 years, only moving so that we could buy a house. We have made many friends in the complex and they all love it just as much as we do!! If other former tenants are upset about their deposits its probably because they left the place filthy!!!Why is it that everyone who writes a bad review is anonomous''''
Just drive though the place and you will see how pretty it is!!!

Im anonomous because I dont need people knowing who I am. I just think the office staff needs to not change so much and treat the tenants with better respect. The one lady is so rude I think its Edie or something. Always has an attitude or makes you feel like you are bothering her. But glad your stay was better then ours.

did you love having you security deposit stolen as they do in ALL their communities or are you the on-site agent? THEY STEAL SECURITY DEPOSITS AT GAMBONE COMMUNITIES...READ THE TRUTH.. demand on a $99 security deposit like most places! they won't
